Return/Cancellation policy

We cannot refund any of our banner display products. Any damaged products would only be replaced with the same product with the same graphics reprinted, if the request could be made within 3 days upon arrival.

If you wish to arrange for a replacement exchange for another same product with the same printing, call us for a Return Authorization Number and ship the product you wish to exchange to our address. Return postage is paid by the customer. Upon receipt, we will arrange the replacement product you have specified within 15 days.

Shipping Policy

As we are in the custom made/print time sensitive event business, all buyer's shipment requirement are strictly different. We will confirm with your instructions at the time of your order and quote you the shipping charge accordingly.

Please contact us prior to order confirmation for a precise quote of shipping charge based on your own specific requirement.

Depending on individual requirement, the average production lead time is around 7 days. At the time we ship, we will email you a notification that includes tracking information for your package.
